I felt so amazing watching this. I felt proud as if I was actually part of this amazing moment with them. I see a bunch of lights and hear a bunch of music playing over the content (the drumming). I can't say I'm super impressed with the content bc it's hard to even tell the difference.

When it's percussion it's not going to be as noticeable because they're just playing the base and the beat, but if you listen to the original song, this is way better at least to me. The winner gets a show in Vegas right? I could see this being a seller. And drumlines typically do this in marching bands in regards to playing the beat but also providing visuals with how they move.

This was one of my two favorites of that group. How they didn’t go through is beyond me. I’m in Canada and I would travel to the US just to see their show. Someone please make this happen. I love the Pack Drumline!!

@@scruffypupper I’m not focused on color my friend BLACK aim this country is a CULTURE u can be any color to practice it… but the fact is we INVENTED the Stepping teams on HBCU’s and now it has seeped into popular culture throughout the USA… no different that’s the invention of Jazz .. R and B.. Or HIP HOP. We invented this music but that doesn’t mean we can’t have an all white band like FOR EXAMPLE “the average white band.. “. An awesome group back in the 70s /80’s … but their sound was replication of the BLACK sound … so don’t take offense .. I love the White participants/Drummers.. etc but let’s recognize our history and contributions…. Say less!!!

@@sabrinajohnson2768 I'm curious how you can say you're not focused on color when your comments definitely focus on the color BLACK, representative of BLACK culture (as you point out with Jazz, R&B, Hip Hop) 'We (Blacks) invented this music..." You make a strong distinction for Black culture, as if to note that while White people can certain imitate it, don't forget where it comes from. Try as you might, you did make it about color. The fear it might be perceived as White is evident. What would be your reaction if a White person/s reacted similarly to something a Black person did that imitated White culture? Actually, is there really a White culture? It could make for an interesting discussion but this is not the place for it. I'm not offended by what you said, but it's sad that with all the opportunities afford to all Americans that some Blacks are very defensive of what they feel is their personal culture to the point they'll make a distinction-it's a Black thing but we'll graciously (or sometimes not) allow Whites to access it.

Glad I could watch this performance here because our station for this show has been giving us a black screen with no sound during some of the performances. This has been happening alot lately and it is very frustrating. Anyway, this was a really good performance. I hate that only 2 acts are going through 😤😡

This is like a super bowl opening / celebration type of performance. The song was so loud it looked like they were not playing at some points. IDK. Too much sometimes can hurt.

I legit could not hear any other drums for the first minute except for the guy in the back with a drum kit. The track seemed way too loud and more about dancing than playing drums. It was good energy and dancing, but I'm not sold on the technical skills of the drumline.

I get that the country guy singer and the country girl singers are good BLAH BLAH BUT both of them could be signed in a second.. I'm soooo disappointed that magician guy was OK but come on WEVE SEEN BETTER 😩😩😩😩
