I start ladder with a hammerdin on hc. Once I have some gear I’ll make a sorc. It’s always worked out very well for me. I’d rather charge around and use tele charges and be hard to kill and just take awhile longer to do anything, than get one shot so easily
Yeah paladin is one of the safest HC starters. On D2R I never die because I always have a BO barb with me. On PD2 it's scarier because they reduced class HP as well as reduced HP bonus from BO and Oak.
@@Shallaan Health gained from vitality reduced, BO and Oak give base life intead of % life so it's a lot less of a bonus. I think they might have nerfed ES as well. It's been a long time since these nerfs have been so I might be missing a few.
@@Stormsong93 Oh man so they just shat on defensive layers? Feels bad about vit especially since the other stats just aren't worth focusing on imho, maybe max block on dex is the way now? Even then it feels iffy with how running/walking works in this game. This talk is making me wanna start a PD2 now just to see what the difference is😂
