You see this season is focused on rudy getting married and having a house because thats a complete fantasy for most anime fans.

I just want to point out that Rudeus' new robe is a grey robe made from rats. Very fitting for a Greyrat.

Lots of people get put off with the slow-burn slice of life because it doesn't have enough action. What makes things sting and hurt later is the fact that we reminisce over the peaceful and happy times and want to return to those times.

Elinelise is probably with Ghislaine my favorite Female character. She is so well written.

When read the conversation between Nanahoshi and Sylphy, with Rudy not saying anything. I figured Nanahoshi responded to the fact she wasn't going to get in the way of him living his life there and her wanting to go home. He didn't respond because he wanted an excuse to tell Sylphy the truth anyway because he always wanted tell his loved ones he is from another world but he was too scaried at the possible responses. But was okay with Nanahoshi stating it because he could then explain to both why he never mentioned it before. He genuinely loves Sylphy and knows she will understand no matter what. But Nanahoshi response was more of an okay there is no need for me to ruin something here. She can actually read the room better then Rudy can. Which makes sense because she didn't have as many problems in her old world as much as Rudy did. She lived a normal life there just like Rudy lives a normal life in this world.

When Sylphy asked Rudeus she wanted to talk with Elinalise, I thought she wanted to ask about "things" with an experienced person so her relation with Rudeus is better... I felt so bad for joking about it after learning the real reason at that party, and cried

Nanahoshi liked the bath, that means Rudy did the right thing in having one XD It's a little sad they ommited part of Sylphy's question, but i guess it was to make things easier, besides i'm not sure Rudy will tell Sylphy he came from another world, but i could be wrong

just read the manga and watched the trailer to see about how far it will get and ive noticed, orsted wasn't in the manga past the wedding reception but was in the cour 2 trailer so unless that was just referencing the previous encounter the manga is probably going to be behind when the cour ends

People (most of the people I see online does) hate the manga a lot and that is understandable since the manga did not released vol. 7 until recently. But you gotta give credit to the manga adding that side story.

Really liked this episode, they handled Elinelise's scene really well. Excluding Ariel's gift makes sense to me as her and other nobles being pervs has been somewhat downplayed throughout the anime series, so her gift would likely have been funny but out of place for the mood they were going with. Would have been nice if they added just a bit more Nanahoshi scenes but glad we at least got what we did. That figure of Magus Bride looks amazing! Too bad nobody but scalpers are going to be able to buy it, only to resell it for 2x the price.

I don't think that the concept of being isekaied is common knowledge. I think she's just been told, or caught on, that Nanahoshi is not from this world. In the manga and webnovel at least, Sylphie assists Rudy and Nanahoshi occasionally with supplying mana for Nanahoshi's magic circles. It's not too odd to think she's asked why exactly she's supplying say this mana, as, even though she has a well above average mana pool given her Laplace factor and Rudy's early training, she has nowhere close to the near-bottomless sea that Rudy does, and assisting in Nanahoshi's research occasionally drains even him.

How much content was cut if S2 is already on LN 10. Just to compare it to Slime, where we are on S3 (will have 24 EP) and will certainly cover LN 7 & 8 and maybe even all of LN9 if they skip some parts of the festival and the building of the labyrinth. I was looking into what isekai I'm going to read next (as a light novel) and if I would watch/read other media from it as the anime. But if the anime seems to skip this much I probably skip the anime and just keep to the light novel.
