please explain to me why don't change four tenses are mentioned in this video because i found that can be change into passive voice for 12 tenses. please respond my comment .
Since in the structure of those 4 tenses we already have a form of (be), they can't be changed to passive. We can't use to (be) forms ; one from the structure and one from the passive in one sentence. For example: They had been washing the clothes. The clothes had been being washed. (this is wrong, because we can't use (been and being ) one after another.
