Blessings to the wonderful souls ,
A few days ago I held a class for my students in the Mahala track (training ceremony holders), about the importance of the physical in the shamanic way, I feel it is important to bring the things, perhaps with less depth and breadth, here as well.
Many years ago I learned from my shamanic teachers that the shamanic way is not a spiritual way but a physical way.
According to the way of the shaman, as I live it, we are all a soul - an enlightened, eternal and beloved soul. At some point we chose, yes we chose, to come to Mother Earth. We chose out of absolute freedom, we chose out of love and light, without shadow and fear, no one forced us, we chose from our free will.
We chose to live here, in a physical body, of a woman or a man, Mother Earth supported our choice, helped us find a suitable womb and gave us a body and life.
Life on Mother Earth is a gift, it is a privilege, it is a tremendous opportunity for a life of pleasure, of creation, of the smell of flowers and the taste of fruit, of the touch of a hug, of warming sights of smiles, sunrises and sunsets, of laughter, of intimacy and love and pain , of laughter that makes your stomache hurt and sadness that tears the heart.
Life on Mother Earth is a gift, it is the thing itself, and life here gives us a spectacular physical and carnal experience of pleasure and sensuality, of creation and destruction, of love and fear.
We didn't get here by accident or by mistake, neither as a punishment nor as a correction, not to atone or on the way to the next thing.
We chose to come here out of love, not necessity or fear.
