I am absolutely blown away by how much knowledge Garrett can give out. It literally took me 4 hours to watch this, and I took 9 pages of notes, and I still didn't get it all. He tought me more in one video, than I learned in 8 semesters of school. Garrett is definitely on my short list of favorite people to listen to, and learn from. Thank you!

atthe end of the day insurance company do invest on stocks, it is how you invest is the question,and you do need money,to max fund your insurance, so how can you max fund your insurance.

They have a small amount in stocks. Not much. Best way to fund is to find money. Save on tax, interest, or other inefficient insurance design. Make more money and store savings in cash value. If there isn't enough cash flow then buy term and invest in your skills and ability to earn more first.

What is some good investments for someone in there early 20’s? No debt but steady income of 60,000 looking for financial freedom… would purchasing rental properties in FL be the right route ?

Don't get caught up competing to show your wealth. I would also agree, learn how to invest in rental property. Perhaps buy the board game 'Cashflow' and find people who would play. Its a good training tool. Find a mentor who will teach you from their mistakes.

Hey Garrett, you have good videos! Really appreciate these 👍 I have been binge watching most of them in the recent days. What do you thing about generating cash flow via trading options (selling premium)? I've been studying trading and options for many years, and now been trading options seriously for couple years. My thesis is, it's best to be the "insurance company" with options (cash flow). Last year i made 50%, this year i'm up 100% already on half a year. Yeah. It's risky if you get greedy and over leverage. I mostly do a cash secured positions, so no danger or margin calls. Have a nice summer! Cheers from Finland 🍺

How could i pay no taxes or even less taxes. I make 60k a year roughly. Married with one income 2 kids. One mortgage no debt? Would love some help on starting my cashflow.

Ok so how about this ethical problem - rich will hire all those financial teams and will pay less taxes, while poor will be paying more taxes. Is that the world you'd like to live in? Do you think of taxes as a way of a government to fool you and get free money from you to do ... what?
