Sometimes the hardest things are the simplest - OK, that sounds paradoxical but I think it's true. As a 74-year-old, I've had my adventures but this film is an example of what a small group can achieve along with a cheerful local support team. The singing in the mountains by the guides, porters and cook team was wonderful. It reminded me of when I was trekking the Himalayas. The film shows us that with innovative sponsorship (money), effort, and initiative in terms of separating the busy world from a timelessness, considerate one is a worthwhile mission, perhaps - at least once in a lifetime. As an English man I was grateful for the subtitles and thought the accompanying soundtrack was perfect.
Great work with the filmography guys and going where only few dare to venture....Pakistan, beautiful GEM full of epic adventures and unexplored mountains....certainly worlds best kept secret. Kept us glued till the last minute
A great visual experience. You can feel the pain & struggle that a climber face.. Thanks for exploring our country. There are still places waiting for us to be explored. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰...
Merci.
Loved this film. The cinematography was spot on, the group seemed to compliment each other well, and the music was spot on. Loved the balti project. Wish there was a full album. Great project guys.
I crossed 7 time ghandoghoro la. With different tourist from different countries. 1 family I will never forget still bzs the family brings their younger kids along with them in karakoram. The childs were almost 07 and 09 year old, unfortunately when we walked from Ali camp round about morning 3pm I was thinking internally that I was first time guiding the team with kids, so when we start climbing up the ghandoghoro la glacier big wall the kids stoped walking and need oxcygen so we give them ox and care but they were in semi-unconcious, at end I pick 1 kid at my back and 1 with other helper with bad condition and also without tension we bring them at (khiyospang camp), we reached khiyospang before the parents of kids and after 1hrs the parents reached and the unforgettable love i feel and see among the kids and their mom ❤️ she was extremely crying with hugs and tears 😢 I cool down them and support in camp, but everything were fine and good 2nd day we walk to Da-hlzangma and then Sari-cho.
Incredible peaks, and incredible landscapes! You guys are a true inspiration for alpinist. And you spirit, it is just extraordinary! I hope one day to live an experience as deep as this one!
If it wasn't filmed, it'd be hard to believe that Pakistan is the most hospitable country with such stunning views and 72000 of unclimbed mountains. Who wouldn't want their names written in the history to be the first of climbing the Virgin mountains. People can stay up on the top of those mountains speechlessly talking to the spectacular nature for ages whilst inhaling the colours of the twilight and soaking the majestic vibes. I'm still biting my fingers to make sure that I'm not daydreaming.
@@waqaralihussaini366 Thank you so much. I always wanted to visit and explore the untouched beauty of Pakistan. I would love to know more about the people. Are they nice?
Thank you! Affan that you have recommend this movie. Love till the end, especially in the days of COVID-19 when you are stuck at home and only connection to the outside world is your TV/laptop screen. After watching this movie, it feels like i am once again on the mountains . . . . Very nostalgic! Love you guys that you have come to Pakistan and explore the virgin beauty of North. People of Pakistan love you and more peaks are waiting to be explored. About the movie . . . . just one word "WOW"

What a movie! It's so full of spirit, of humor and touches you so deeply. Just brings outdoor films to another level. I enjoyed every bit of it. And your crazy sense of humor :-) Keep doing more of it!
High altitude climbers enjoy risking their lives to video and photograph some of the most beautiful and dangerous ares in our sacred realm. Thank you for sharing this experience!
@Guillaume Broust Merci beaucoup / thank you so much for making the film not only available, but for captioning it in other languages! It's a great climbing film and "buddy film" (as the Americans would say ;-)) which I wouldn't have been able to enjoy without your efforts on all fronts. Glad to see the note at the end that Mathieu Maynadier fully recovered from his injuries.

Wowww!! Qué hermoso lugar!!! Te felicito hermano argentino!!! Qué hacías ahí? Me encanta, siempre hay algún argentino haciendo cosas locas. Hermoso!! Besos 😘 desde Buenos Aires 😘🇦🇷👍👍!!
This was really fun! I appreciate you guys going to somewhere new and sharing your perspective with the world. This is just the sort of modern adventure Messner speaks of: not climbing some route 5 minutes faster for some record, but finding new lines in new places. At first I thought the claim that these were unexplored areas and peaks was ridiculous when you are walking a path cut into a mountain where someone’s cattle are, but when you showed the panorama from the summit, I understood. Maybe the only question I have left is, “but are you like Americans?” Ha!
crazy ,, adventurous.. awesome.. beautiful .. every bit of movie is hell of a quality.. From climbing .. to peaks ..humor .. cinematic photography and sense of respect for others culture ..
Beautiful job on the film. Really lovely photography. I love the concrete mountains of the True Ancients who built the continents. #TerraformingofTerra
Wow Amazing This place name is Thagas, Thagas is a small village of District Ghanche,/Gilgt Baltistan. Northern area of Pakistan.Peoples of Baltistan speaks Balti language,Therefore they Known as "Balti" But pathans are living in Pashawar which is one of the province of Pakistan .Their language is "Pashto " So we called them "Pathan" ,pathan and Balti are different like language is different, Culture is Different ..etc
Hello Thank you very much for your feedback. Yes, actually we knew the place was in Baltistan and not Pashawar. We named the film like this, because the guide (Balti by the way) was always named Nico Fravresse as "the Pathan" (reference to the "Great Warrior") so that's why we call the film like this... But you are true that we are not in the same aera
@@GuillaumeBroust Thanks for the reply! I am from Nepal and I have worked with adventure companies. The climbing the team did was so impressive. Here in Nepal, alpine style of climbing is so rare. In most expeditions 60-70% of the work is done by the sherpas. The climbers only have to get themselves on the mountain using the ropes fixed by the Sherpas.
