I am an Indian. I accidentally landed into this program. Now, I am totally hooked. I absolutely love Misbah. He covers 360 degree cricket. He is analytical, data driven and very articulate. Malik is also very insighful but at times I feel he has some agenda against the current Pak team mgmt. Akram is funny and good at roasting. Waqar does not add much value expect when talking about fast bowling. Host does his job aptly of getting the best out of these legends.

As a host your main focus should be to coordinate with all experts with relevant questions, let them put forward their opinion, they are the "experts", you should seriously consider giving them enough time to answer; interrupting, disagreeing, quarrelling or disapproving with their views is not a wise thing to do

Waqar Younus said Islam won when Pak won last yr. So according to him today Islam lost 😂😂

If a team is not able to chase a total of 130 runs against a team like Zimbabwe..then there is a deeper flaws and issues in the team line up and form...

The host of this show speaks so confidently and in such an authoritative manner as if he has taken more wickets than Wasim and Waqar combined and has scored more runs than Misbah and Malik combined

Remember 2019 wc when India had the same situation. Rohit was hitting centuries, matches were being won by our 1-3 batsmen. But When our top order didn't perform in semifinal, the whole team crumbled. A strong top order does wonders for the team, but a weak middle order hurts in crunch matches in big tournaments. Hope the situation improves for Pakistan in upcoming years.

Everyone who follows cricket passionately will tell you the same thing. Pakistan is just a goldmine of cricketing talent. They have the potential to dominate cricket like Australians did in early 2000's. But unfortunately they aren't selecting players on merit. Captain pulls in the guys he likes and they always build up factions in the team that compete for influence and power. Unfortunate to say the least.

Hats off to all . Main Problem with Pakistani Team is always lack of confidence during adverse condition.After losing this match team's morale is very low. Need of hour for them is keep mind cool while they are on field.

What Misbah bhai said around 29th minute is absolutely correct. I am from India but I feel Misbah bhai was one of the better captain and thinker of the game. 3 ball Mein 3 run karna hain to the shot selection was bad and it’s not related to strike rate.

Misbah makes a lot of sense, Pakistan doesn't have batsmen to rely upon in the lower & middle order and that is putting a lot of pressure on the openers. As a result they couldn't play freely like other teams.

Pakistan cricket has one issue they don't have the culture of going with horses for courses. Shoaib Malik should have been in Australia not sitting here at the studio. I knew Pakistan's middle order will be a big issue for them. Babar and Rizwan were two batters who kept hiding the hollowness of this terrible middle order lineup. Congratulations to Zimbabwe on a fabulous upset. Gotta feel sad for passionate Pakistani supporters. Big fan of this post match show From India 🇮🇳

Maybe Shaheen should talk to Cummins who also had injuries at a very young age and then rehabilitated himself and was lethal after too. Moqa milay to poochna chahiye with other players who have gone thru injuries and come back stronger... fast bowlers esp. And Pak management needs to protect its pacers from workload problems too. Like Aus does with its pace attack.

This show is far better than our star sport show without any doubt. Proper analysis and complete professionalism rather than just joking around the panel and changing the memebers every week.

I'm from India & have been following this program for a while now. I feel Misbah is the most genuine ,sensible & articulate guy. Malik somehow appears unhappy for not being selected. Waqar only speaks about bowling & doesn't covers other aspects.

This is a very good show. The experts are very neutral when criticizing or appreciating different teams. Their analysis are to the point.

Best thing misbah point out is that when u r going to play a match against any team then u have to analyse opposition performance but u it is imp to watch and try to learnt from that team who played against that team which is ur opposition this time.. and try to make ur plan by keeping that things in ur mind

Pakistan played 54 dot balls. That's 9overs. Not sure how many matches you would win if you let half of the total deliveries be dot. Also it's time Pakistan treats every T20 over match as 19 over match. They aren't getting past that 20th over with favorable results

What fighting spirit? Jeeta hua match ko itny bury haal tak le aye phir fight kerky kaddu fighting spirit yaar. Fighting spirt was shown by virat and hardik when all odds were against them and the still managed to win it with class. This shows how mentally strong virat kohli is, simply the king *takes a bow*

The host was like he has 30000+ international runs, 2000+ international wickets, captained and won all international trophies and he is considered as the best man on earth to ever play cricket.

Just wanted to opine that lets enjoy cricket as a sport & WC. Yesterday match v were very unlucky & v had to blame ourselves for narrow defeat. Anything can happen in cricket but it was too much. I just want to put few observation for kind consideration for upcoming matches 1. V were generous on Extras, Bowling Coach might look into it 2. Fielding coach as well for dropping 2x dollies. 3. Batting coach to rethink & consider the what Iftikhar & Haider Ali doing in team as both r total flops as per yesterday match. But again v don't have any depth, reliability in middle order, Khusdil, Asif & Fakhar also not in good form so apparently v r stuck, limited choices in middle order. 4. Team selection is poor. V r still undecided about playing right combination that is to say how many specialist Batsman, Main Bowlers, Batting & or Bowling All Rounders.... If batting isn't clicking & for sake of batting depth, play 5x specialist batters, 5x specialist bowlers 1x Batting All Rounders, in case 1x bowler gets smacked all over park. Yesterday, neither Nawaz bowled nor Iftikhar..... 5. Every run counts. V were generous on Extras while they were not. Dropped catches which resulted in Runs. Craig Ervine saved 1x run which made difference in end. By the way, Shan Masood got stumped on Wide Ball..... Was wide ball given or not..... Cricket is team sports & v must now think as a 11x member unit, not as a One Man Show. Last but not least, v r not prepared for WC

Man the anchor is probably a nice person but this sarcastic nature when Pakistan loses is not something people like watching. It’s okay to be emotional but it’s not the end of the world let the experts discuss the game and try keeping a level head.

This is an outsider perspective. I can’t believe they spent the first 15 minutes talking about the bowling and Babar and Rizwan. This was clearly lost by Pakistan in the second innings. They did really well to restrict Zimbabwe to 130. They also fixed their combination problem by adding a fourth pacer who can bat a bit as well. Compared to a few years ago, their ground fielding has improved as well as has their overall team fitness. A LOT of positives. Against India as well, after the the third wicket fell, they got to 160 thanks to Afridi and Rauf. In general, batters 4-8 is where the problem has been and was again today. There have been occasional moments of brilliance and match winning. But purposeful partnerships between batters 4 to 8 have been a problem. If someone can pull up the batting stats of batters 4-7 of the top ten T20I teams since the last World Cup, I bet you Pakistan will be in the bottom 5. When they Pakistan fix that, IMO they will be a top 2 T20I side consistently in every tournament in every type of conditions.

People are not giving credit to teams coming from qualifier stage. These teams are very disciplined and playing within their limitations. Add reinforced seem of these new white balls along with unusual weather in Australia, perfect recipe for unusual results.

Can we do another version of this show once Wasim Akram is back? Without his remarks it almost feels like the embarassing loss is going to waste! 😛

Babar and Rizwan are not going to fail again. Once Pakistan solves its middle order conundrum, perhaps giving a fair chance to Fakhar and continuing with Shaan as a sheet anchor,playing a bit of positive cricket, it can dominate world cricket for a long time, given that Pakistan is a young team. This team has a bright future. You need luck in cricket, sometimes. With the best bowling in the world, I am sure that Pakistan will bounce back really hard from here.

Fair point with Shaheen. If India could not risk Bumrah, Pakistan could have easily done the same with Shaheen. After all, Pakistan continues to produce world class fast bowlers. Even in the 2 games, fast bowling has not been a big let down.

Clearly lack of intent. Considering the format of this tournament, never looked like Pakistan want to finish this low scoring match by 16-17th over for improving run rate. Total lack of intent is what cost them the match. Don’t know what permutations and combinations are left for them to qualify for semis.

Each team needs three categories of batsmen: technically solid yet naturally attacking openers (de Cock, Warner, Rohit, kind), technically solid who can anchor at 8-9 runs an over till last ball. These guys are good runners and can accelerate if needed (Kohli, Williamson, etc), 5-10 ball players who are absolute hitters. Pakistan has none of the above except probably a few hitters. If you have a Surya that’s absolute bonus.

I’d like to say that this Pakistan team has an immense potential. What I’ve noticed since the last world cup is that there is a collective inability to play the Short balls for runs well, in all the batsmen. Any team that notices that and bowls to that plan well, tends to have a great advantage in capitalising on the pressure caused due to the lack of strike rotation. In this modern format of T20 cricket, every team needs a couple of risky batsmen in their side, just in order for the opposition to not get so comfortable in their bowling. When a bowler finds that even a bad short ball is surviving the boundary trip, it allows them to keep trying and eventually get that rhythm going. Whereas if there’s a player like Cam Green, SKY, Buttler etc. Who have the license to maybe fail once or twice, the threat of being hit, doesn’t allow the bowlers to settle and results in loose deliveries. Hope that Pakistan finds a way back into their form, and wish a great T20 World Cup campaign for all the teams.

I empathize with the Pakistanis on the SSA situation. It is tough to gauge whether more rehab is needed or more match practice is needed or just a bit of luck and rhythm is needed. One thing is for sure: he is a long term tremendous talent for PAK in all formats.

I was watching this match with my father. When the last ball was about to be bowled, I said to my father - "Ye super over hone wala hai". Then that runout happened and I realised that Zimbabwe pulled off the hiest successfully. It took me a good minute to register that win. This was the match to watch after India-Pakistan.

Also, I've been a critic of this show recently because of the nonsense that is sometimes talked about which is unprofessional but today's show was just beautiful and balanced. Very good points by all experts.

Answer to the question of "Why is Babar averaging significantly less when he open with Rizwan?' is because all due respect to Babar, I feel he is overly competitive by nature and he tries to match Rizwan shot by shot, which is obviously not his natural game, Babar is a classical batman, his natural style is similar to Inzamam-ul-haq and Sachin Tendulkar, so unfortunately when he open with Rizvan and try to match with him shot by shot, he is actually doing a dis-service to Pakistan cricket, because his natural game goes out of the window.

Firstly Pak board has to understand Shaan Masood is not T20 batsman he is good for one day but board is pressuring him to be T20 bat which he proved in all games he isn’t, playing 20 hours and making just 50 is not a big deal, deeply seeing all his matches he built pressure on team by eating more balls and making meagre runs, secondly khushdil and iftikhar shouldn’t be in team, showing wrong faith in wrong ones is not wise decision, I think pak board and selectors works on gut feelings rather than reality and facts.

This panel missed most important factor of today’s loss and that factor is the self belief of team Pakistan has shattered after that loss to India. I would say to broadcaster, don’t pay them for today’s review.

Interesting conversations today - Waqar & Wasim has seen the peak of Pak in their career -- they had the confidence to go try new things and it clicked; its hard for them to visualize the weak performance of Pak cricket today. On the other hand S.Malik and Misbah has seen the struggles through the years and they are able to see it through The problem with Pak cricket today is below: a. Lack of middle order batsmen stability b. Exposure to quality opposition and pressure games to click as a team c. Individual super stars failing to understand their role in big games -- lack of adaptability in crunch moments d. Fear of place in team These qualities cant be built overnight and takes time to make them work......Imran did it 92 from nowhere and they propelled it till 99.....Waugh did it in the 90's and Aussie carried it...MSD did it in 2008 and Ind carried it for a decade...with everchanging board, coach and players its hard to maintain the momentum..... Solution is for them to stick with 20+ and play tough oppositions repeatedly......this should be a passion which brings success as a result and not to play only to win..

Pakistan's strength is also their weakness. Babar and rizwan opening works but to balance middle order, babar gotta play at 3. Test shan, fakhar, nawaz, shadab, khushdill, ifti etc at top order. Maybe someone can click. And they'll click. Babar-rizwan have to sacrifice their opening partnership for a more balanced team. At least test by changing numbers. We have no Riley rossouw or kohli at 3, David Miller or Sky at 4. That's why our best players rizu-babar should play down the order.

Shoaib Malik was spot on with his stats. Indirectly what that stats says is, playing with Rizwan actually restricts Babar esp in terms of Strike Rate. Which also means that time has now come to play someone more fearless as opener and let either Babar or Rizwan to come down at 3.

I think.associate teams can be good team if they play regularly with regular teams Ireland has v Beaten England cause they play regularly with them similarly Zimbabwe did
