This depends, I have a priority pass membership which allows me to pay annually and access lounges around the world for free which means the food and drinks is free flowing. But if you don’t want to pay yearly you can check at the front desk of the lounge how much they are charging for a guest access (only used once with limited number or hours - usually 2 to 3 hrs).
