@@thepedalzone thank you, man! I really love the variety of these pieces for the ‘soundtrack’..and the synth stuff is sooo tasty..lol..i too love to transform my guitar into alien synthy goodness..and/or run my synths thru guitar pedals…so you are constantly inspiring . Best to you for the holidays and new year!
you're the only reviewer that plays pedals i want to hear and how i want to hear them. your playing is a breath of fresh air. outstanding work, sir. thank you for what you do. and i'd love to know if you have a band and/or any albums out at all.
Awwww, man! What a heartwarming message to receive. Thank you so much for taking precious time out of your day to spread kindness 🥰 I'm not in any bands currently, but you're welcome to check out my old bands "Sky Architects" , "Don't Come Looking For Us" and "Cloud Anthems"
Thank you, Stefan. I come to your channel as much for the music as for the demos. Listening to your compositions often inspires me to go jam for an hour or two and experiment more than I might have otherwise! Can't wait for your 2024 videos, my friend!
There are more ideas in your demos than in 99% of international post rock bands including my own project. Only Jakob and God is an Astronaut feel better to my ears
Stefan, you legitimately created some of the most interesting music and sounds I've ever heard this year. Your ability to compose and create soundscapes is unbelievable, my friend. The word genius is used too loosely these days, but what you've created this year has proven you are worthy of the title. Now let's hear a full album. Cheers.
you should make a song of any sample on this channel. I've never watched any pedal demo with songs like you play. Amazing! I'd love an ambient guitar playing tutorial made by you. :)
Finally!!!! HAHAAA!!!! I have said for years Stefan should put out a CD of his pedal demo songs!! They sound amazing and are so soulful and musical. This channel is responsible for many pedals on my board. Thanks Stefan.
I rather listen to your video demos instead of the many post rock bands nowadays because your music is much better besides having the BEST reviews of pedals on the whole RU-vid!
You are such a brilliant musician, guitar player and you have a unique voice. I can hear (imho) influences from Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, Tool and many other artists... But, at the same time, you certainly have your own sound going own and you are not anyone's copy; Something, that a lot of other musicians these days cannot, even some accomplished ones, cannot say. So, Kudos to you Stephen, please keep posting good music and also one last thing, don't make weird thoughts, just don't be sober...😂
I started watching your channel because you demo pedals that sound good. When I watched other demos of the same pedals I realised that you are the one that sounds good. So, I kept watching your channel for the music. Thank you!😊
Stefan, sounds great as always! Thank you! What pickups are you using for the Harley Benton JA 60? The stock pickups aren't bad at all, but I could use some that can hang with a touch more gain or output haha
damn! you did it, finaly! Great inspiring channel and now LP, maybe physical release one day? And where did you get this wobderfull pickguard (your JM JM seems to have the same design)? Thank you dude!
It probably took a year also to write down all these links and time stamps 😅 Bravo for all your great work, and respect for creating that playlist that showcase not only that beautiful gear, but your undeniable talent and sensitivity. Float on dad!!
This beam splitter intro is actually doing something to my brain! Yet another pedal i wasn't feeling. I am definetely feeling what you put through it! Gonna watch the rest tomorrow so i can properly enjoy it, thanks for making such amazing content for the community!
I'm glad to hear it! Beam Splitter is a beast.. Make sure to check out the full demo, if you haven't already 🙏.. I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the rest of the soundtrack 🎸
@@thepedalzone i've given everything a listen now, and your year has been filled with drives! Ao mny different textures! Needless to say, the mercury x part was a real standout soundscape. I also really enjoyed the fideleater :) This year has been a rediscovery year for me personally. My soundtrack of 2023 is as follows: Keeley Hydra Keeley halo EQD Pyramids KMA Cirrus Walrus Slö OBNE Reflector v3 EAE Longsword Boss bd2 I also sold lots of gear. I also revisited tons of your videos. Especially the fairfield shallow water and obne sunlight. Whats your pedalboard look like these days?
@@thepedalzoneohkay,ohkay ohkay! I have listened through it again, and the screen violence, jackson audio new wave, the diamond memory lane and exploder. Your music is full of conflict but has beautiful resolutions. Man, i wish i had your sense of musicality.
