Nonsense. That was mainly only valid for the chips, which I tried along the way to confirm my final critique. Wings exterior affected by the sauna effect was not a problem, the dry interior was. The burger, which could have been soggy on the outside wasn't, it was the direct bun to lettuce that made it bad. So you clearly don't have a clue what you're on about here. Being in a box for 15 minutes is not "always going to kill any quality it had", especially when it comes to flavour and spices, and they're *THE MOST* important qualities beyond temperature and textures, of which are affected most by being in the box for too long.

Wet lettuce straight to bun would have been soggy if I stayed to eat in the shop. The exterior is mostly affected by being in the box for long and that just made it a bit softer. It was a construction issue.
