I'm almost certain one of the people in this trailer is Sofia Falcone. So the Falcone's will likely still be involved. I can see them introducing Harvey Dent as well. Dude hands down had my favourite moment in the Batman movie, he's a gangster, a mobster who's probably killed plenty of times before we see him. Gotta be a sociopath on some level but he still squirmed when seeing the photos of the riddlers victims. "What are you showing me!? Come onnnnn." Just that moment was pure gold. I've always liked Colin Farrell and knew he'd be one of the best in the business since I watched Phone Booth and Tigerland ages ago, plus he already has experience playing the lead in an HBO show (True Detective season 2), which a whole lot of people hated on for the simple fact that it wasn't a carbon copy of season one when it wasn't meant to be considering it's an anthology series.

@magallanesagustin4952 It's got so much potential this universe, like throw in court of owls while you are at it and it would fit. I would love to see the ventriloquist and black mask here as well :D Not sure in what season or in what degree but having the Carmine, Maroni and later Sionis would be an amazing start.

i was actually looking for this since the penguin was always beeing depicted as the punching bag villain from the rogues galery he was never complex two face or mr freeze, or menacing like ra's al ghul or the joker, he was always a funny mobster bully that gets his punishment , that is not to say its bad but it gets boring for a while. So actually doing a series to give him more layers than just a villain with napoleon complex makes some scense

Love it so far, I’m just hopin‘ they add that same grittiness in terms of optics (though they’d have to do it in post probably because of budget). Greig Fraser used Arri ALFA lenses on The Batman with incredibly strong anamorphic vintage fall off, but these images look much cleaner and therefore more digital (for now). Hope they match it in post. Lighting is freakin’ awesome though.

I’m sure that the cameras will alter between each movie spinoff shows etc. but I know they try to match the lighting and textures to get the right Gritty Tone

And with these kind of prosthetics, imagine what Matt’s take on Clayface will be like. I’m assuming he will use the same technology used to make Colin Ferrel the Penguin, to make his masks of his victims. And I’m guessing that he’ll use clay to make those molds, which will leave faint clay reside on the victims faces, giving this take his name, Clayface
