@@robbiewalker2831 Lower budget mate, TV shows are set a much lower budget per episode than a full length movie. That said, the voice actors in this show did a decent job and clearly had a blast doing it.

This show certainly was comedy gold. Sure, not every single joke was a winner, but the ones that land, will make you laugh or even smile. Even my mom loved watching this show with me when I was a kid.

The volume levels are awful, but hell, this is funny and brings me nostalgia. Just for a quick fix, use a hard limiter on -3db and raise the general volume up a bit so it stays at -6db most of the time

I find it sad of two of his inventions actually DID work okay and did not need to go. Those being the Luv-u-Lator and Chronotron. With the former, he simply gave up too a little soon. The latter was the victim of the universe apparently picking on him. It DID need a way to return to the departure point, though.
