Maidstone Kent - Update Report - 16 March 2024
Sheena, a stage 4 cancer victim was evicted from her home by bailiffs while police stood by and watched. When the people tried to stop the eviction, the police actively stopped the people from helping Sheena.
Sheena was eventually evicted and left out on the street in her wheelchair in the freezing cold. The police failed to protect her vulnerable status!
What happened next, then took place on the 16th day of March 2024. The people had the power, and used it with Non Violent Direct Action!

'Pretty Boy Nut Jangler PC' wasn't at all comfortable with Banaman talking to him. Just like a little boy when he's been found out doing wrong, he was smiling to lighten the situation and playing with his 'meat & two veg' for comfort. Next time you are speaking with police on camera, why not ask them are they constables and are they under oath today? Such questions and their answers would put both of you in the same jurisdiction of common law. After that you would be able to understand each other as you would speak on the same language: plain English on both sides. Being in the same jurisdiction of English common law would allow you to speak in plain English with no translator is needed. Alternatively you both speaking on different languages and they do not understand you: they speak legalize as police officers as corporate employees and a man behind the camera speaks plain English, as a private man in England. A translator - a legal councilor - is needed for such situations.

Some years ago, she was declared bankrupt. Some time after that a High Court judge awarded possession of the house to the Insolvency Practitioner. She wouldn't move so the IP went back to court. She has technically been living, illegally, in someone else's house in the meantime

Why was the lady being evicted. If she was behind with her rent, the other side of the coin could be the property owner facing financial problems due to her not paying rent. Yes I know all about cancer suffering, my late wife died from cancer, having a terminal illness she got extra benefits to pay for the extra expense we had. This lady needs to speak to MacMillans cancer support, they will help.

Where is the obligation for anyone to pay council tax if its a civil matter only? If you evade income & corporation tax its a criminal matter. Tax evasion is a serious criminal offence in the UK and HMRC has not charged a single company under legislation passed six years ago to crack down on corporate tax evasion. Yet a stage 4 cancer patient is robbed of her home & property. So what will you do when you cannot afford to pay this blatantly corrupt tax?
