Mai Dr. Harish grover se treatment lena chahta hu mai inhe 1 mahine se follow kr rha hu. Lekin pura trust nhi aparaha h ki kya chiropractic se theek ho paunga ya fir kahi mera case aur Na bigad jaye. Plzz tell should I go to him or not?

Do 3 session of strength training in a week 45 mins each.. Do 3 cardio session in a week 35 mins each.. Do meditation atleast 15 min daily.. Do 2 session of yoga for 30 mins each.. Fitness is a lifestyle ❤️
