INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour (unsifted)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 (8 tablespoons) cup butter at room temperature
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas (3-4 medium)
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped nuts

I didn’t have a loaf pan, so I made this in a glass pan that was 9 3/4 by 9 3/4, the one from ikea. I reduced the temperature by 25 degrees and the time to 50-55 mins. I also added almonds because I didn’t have walnuts. It came out perfect! Super moist and just enough sweetness. The almonds add such a nice texture too.

THIS IS SO GOOD. Just made it and I have to say it’s probably going to replace my go to banana bread recipe 😬 it is so moist without using sour cream but still holds it’s shape when sliced. Plus the crust is crispy NOT dry 😍 eating my 3rd slice with butter while it’s still warm and I can’t get enough!!

Ro, I know it was hard when your dad died. My mom died when I was 8. What helped me cope was I planted a tree and named it after her and it is still growing to this day. Having a loved one die is pain full and don’t try to forget him just remember him. He will always be in your heart and you in his, always remember that

I’ve made this today. Suuuper moist and yummy. The only thing I would do differently next time is the amount of sugar. I’d definitely take out 50 to even 100 grams. The bananas are so natural sweet when they’re ripe you really don’t need as much❤️❤️

Made this today, and it’s really good! Mines came out a little darker on top and I was worried for a sec, but I guess it’s cause everyone’s oven is different. 💙

I made this receipe today and it is delicious. Her video was easy to follow. I also used 4 bananas, added a few extra walnuts and greased my glass loaf pan with lots of butter. It is tasty and beautiful. Thanks!

From one Rosanna banana to another Rosanna banana, I made this recipe 11 months ago when I first saw this video and it was so good in fact I live by myself and I ate the whole thing within a day and a half. And I’m just about to make it one more time. For 57 years I’ve been trying to run away from Rosanna banana, but I think that is something that’s going to continue for the rest of my life until the day I die lol. You’re a top banana in my books kiddo.

My son is homeschooled and we try to always find little activities for him to have fun. Today we wanted to bake and since we have very ripe bananas we thought the same thing… Banana bread! 😆 This is the very first time we see one of Rosanna’s videos and we just loved her personality and the recipe looks so easy to do, definitely trying this!
