🥣Ingredients:
Brown Rice Dosa:
1 cup brown rice (Matta rice)
1/2 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
2 cups Water or as needed
🥣Chutney :
6 -7 shallots(or pearl onion)
1/4 cup Garlic, peeled
Dried Red chilli - 8-10( as per spice level
1/2 lime size tamarind
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
1/4 cup water or as needed
🥣For tempering:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
