Who else came for the music, and then stayed to name every game shown in the clips as they came up? I think I hit 98% at least. The 'full contact' bit is, and has always been my favourite in amiga.

@@HaquinusDeGothia Nice! Thanks for the additional information; I included them above (and as expected, I hate myself for not remembering Giana Sisters!) The timestamps for 3:25:05 - 3:30:19 are probably to be reviewed then; I let he guess from miesu regarding the Seven Gates of Jambala; maybe it was somewhere else...not sure. I missed some timestamps in my list, as I was just pointing them while doing something else; but the playlist looks quite decent now! :)
@@Lionyyyyy I keep adding a few more :) 37:03 Another version of "Hybris", 49:52 Trans Atlantic 2007 (Demostyle House Mix) remix by Daniel Somma, original by Lizardking (Gustaf Grefberg), 54:57 STAmiga1 - Hideaway Mix by D.A.Wilson original by Allister Brimble
@@HaquinusDeGothia Cool! :) I added a few timestamps since yesterday as well; as I was listening to the playlist again, and added Jim Power for 1:28:36 as my best guess ( the first seconds definitely sound similar, but it's quite different soon after. Anyway! Referencing Jim Power soundtrack, even wrongly, is worth it :P
@@Lionyyyyy Finally - "solved it" :) 1:25:08 - 1:30:55 is actually DrFuture's remix of "Hollywood Poker Pro" 2001 (original by Chris Hülsbeck). There is a short pause at 3:27 in the remix but it's just one tune. Frank Moll (If you ever read this - I love your compilation!) had no love for Jim Powers it seems (at least not this time) :) Alas, 26:32 remains...
The Amiga is amazing, I used to love messing around with it when I was a kid, the game sound compared to speedball 2 and lots of other stuff was just so much deeper than the Atari, my mate had an Atari.
Just to put the things in retrospective: lots of these tracks sounds great even today, in 2018. That's quarter of a century after the tracks were created.
Allthoug most remixes probably were made after 2000 I guess you think like me - these remixes represents what the songs would sound like given the technology of today was available in late 80s and so on. Huge fan of the mod format and what the artist were able to crank out given the technology at hand. That Said retrospectively im Even more impressed with the sid artists.
Personally that 240p makes me feel like this came from 2009, especially with how its edited. Though at the same time a higher sound quality would be great!
The title did say it was for both C64, and Amiga though. I do remember a Robocop 3 game on the Amiga though that had diffrent gameplay than the C64 one I'm used to. Maybe that port even uses the same song? idk
