My ex and I stayed right around the corner in a 3 decker called Mountain Mist. Our first night a black bear climbed up to the second deck about 12 midnight where the grill was to lick the grease off the bottom. Turns out,....he didn't want to leave and finally started trying to get in the duel glass doors. Yeah. I went down and tried luring him down. But,...to no avail. Eventually the game warden was called. He threw a smoke bomb on the deck with him and vrrrooooom!!!!! He was outta there. It was a blast honestly. And hilarious.

@@MoochLife We should have.LOL. My wife took a few pics of it. The chaos however,....was just that. CHAOS. You know,..... that the Park Ranger actually kinda blamed us for not cleaning the grill??!!!? We hadn't even cooked on it yet. I was sorta P O'ed about that. It WAS NOT that bears first rodeo. He was making his rounds in my opinion.

If I'm staying in a hotel, Grand Smokies Resort Lodge. If I'm taking the camper, Gateway To The Smokies RV Park & Campground. If I'm renting a cabin, Great Smokys Cabin Rentals, Sunrise in the Smokies 3 beds 2 baths.
