Shiitake mushroom 3pc (big)
Onion 1/2pc (big)

Soy sauce 5T
Sesame oil 2T
Salt 1T
Oil 2T
Cooking wine 3T
Water 500ml

Beef rib 500g
Onion 1/2pc (big)
Sugar 3T
Korean malt syrup 1T
Pear 1/2pc
Mirim 2T
Soy sauce 5T
Garlic 1T
Black pepper 1/2t
Sesame oil 3T
Onion leeks 1pc
Carrot 1/4pc
Sesame seed
