Hey Chef Nolie. Thank you so much for such an amazing recipe! I have learned a lot of important tips from it such as using cold ingredients, chilling the dough and avoiding overmixing for soft scones I have one question though.. how many scones does that recipe make?
PLSE try n get another color for your tips coz the big bold RED blocks everything and it kills the eyes. We v missed out on a lot just by the red writting
I have never used sugar or vanilla essence for scones. Also one is suppose to lift flour and butter in the air. And work quickly. Is this a cup cake recipe. Scones are savoury

I feel that the scones did not rise as high as they should've... perhaps you handled them too much.... Also, you did not open one for your viewers to see the inside of the scone.... I wanted to see the flakiness of the dough ! Just my humble opinion.🙂
