Perfect line for who? A guy's first day on the track just trying not to crash would be the only person I could think of and even then you're not teaching them to read the track, maintain momentum, or approach the corner in the most efficient way with all of those cones out in the actual racing line.
If you want beginner friendly go to Canaan. That way you can learn the proper line with tons of runoff. The line shown in the video is some sort of super exaggerated V Line.
