3 eggs 1 tsp salt Mix eggs and salt together 1 cup sugar Mix in 1/2 cup veg oil 1 cup milk 2 tsp baking powder Beat until light and frothy 2 cup sifted flour Mix together well Half batter in another bowl equally Add 2 tablespoons of unsweeted cocoa powder Layer alternatively Bake in oven on 180 for 45 min or until cooked
I tried this recipe yesterday and it turned out sooo gooddd!!!! However, i added extra mixture of all purpose cream, condense milk and melted white chocolate (my left over from previous baking) and I added more cocoa powder too. Cooked it for another 15 minutes and the cake was Marble-ous Cake! So tasty! Not too sweet. Just the way I like it! I wish i can post a pic here!

a tip for anybody who plans on making this! Instead of adding cocoa powder straight to your batter for the chocolate flavor, bloom your cocoa powder in hot water first!! Adding dry powder directly to your batter will completely suck out any moisture while baking. Add about 2 TBSP hot water per table spoon of cocoa powder

Ya, seperti zaman dulu tdk pakai tbp kuenya jadi. Tapi untuk jual terlalu mahal. Padahal semakin banyak telur semakin lembut. Pengembang Kalium Permanganat untuk untuk roti baginanak-anak jika jika terakumulasi didlm tubuh dpt merusak otak. Bagaimana memberitahukannya pd ibu-ibu bahwa pengembang tdk bagus buat anak dibawah umur.

I tried this recipe and the exact measurement mentioned in the video, but my cake got cooked at the top and sides and remained uncooked in the bottom and middle. Even after cooking it for extra 10 mins, nothing changed.
Hello, I made just like I saw you prepare. One at a time, but at the end of the baking the cake went out really high and when the cake cooled and I sliced a slice for the guests just in the middle of the part, the cake was very slightly damp and when you touched your fingers feel the sticky dough a little bit the question to you what happened what's wrong with the cake. I would like to know why when I bake mine the two sections (vanilla and chocolate batter) is watery to the point where they merge into each other. How do I make it thicker like it is in the video. I followed the instructions but not sure what I’m doing wrong. Thanks
It turned out great, one co-worker even said "it has swirls even", yes that's why it's called a chocolate swirl cake. We all enjoyed it. Try it you'll like it.
