​@@muratbayraktar5035 sounds like someone with a weak Core It helps to increase endurance of your body and it's an exercise for better core stability I mean there are better exercises such as hollow body hold or hanging knee raises but planks are not that bad

No. Keep looking forward. Don't look down. It's the same rule with pushups. Also, it does not matter what you do with your hands during a plank. Makes no difference because your weight is on your elbows.

Да, хорошая вещь для разминки и разогрева. А потом становишься на прямые руки. А потом на боковую планку на одной руке. Я вся потом обливалась, когда к концу разогрева подходила.
