100%... she gets straight to. Pace Morby is a 6 week program and it is FULL OF FLUFF. It's insane that they put together a 6 week program that someone should be able to get through in less than 1 week.

I love each one of the videos that I have watched, great way to present the information. I'd have solid knowledge of all aspects of RE but for several reasons I haven't pulled the trigger. You'd inspired me to start and would like to wholesale first. My real estate license is inactive and I don't know if it will be worth to reactivate it since there are different opinions. What are your thoughts about it? Can having an active license help in wholesaling?

I think it will at most help with customers knowing that you are licensed and know what you are talking about, like a trust, and also if your state laws are weird it could keep u from being accused of acting like a realtor with no license
