The perfect Red Velvet Cake for Birthday Cakes at home

In today's video I will be sharing with you how I make a very moist red velvet cake to use in an birthday cake.
This is an very economic cake recipe that you will only need 2 eggs to make.

The list of the recipe is:
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup of flour( I used self raising flour or cake flour) - 380 grams
2 cup of sugar caster ( 400 grams)
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1/4 tbsp of salt
360 ml of butter milk
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
120 grams of soft unsalted butter ( I used stork)
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tbsp of food coloring
For best result try to use home temperature ingredients
My cup measurement is 240 ml
