@@TheWrightDev916 so bc you said it’s raw, it’s now raw. Doesn’t work like that lil T. That meat is fine. If want you, I’ll trade you my medium rare, should look a bit better in your eyes.
@@ngc-fo5te Thank you! This is actually bad. The grill marks are basically burnt meat and the crust is completely uneven, if you can call it a crust! Only a few parts of it you could call a decent medium rare. smh
I grill 2” thick steaks I buy at Costco using the hottest burning (1,600-1,800 degrees) lump charcoal I’ve discovered. I lower the grate right on top of the coals. It sears the steak’s both sides and leaves the center pink.
@@juancasimiro3865 No es crude. Yo se que mexicanos no le gusta "sangre" pero no aye sangre en carne quendo es del tienda. Ese liquido es jugo de la musculos. Eso es savor!
I could watch this all day. Can even bring up the charred aroma, tenderness of the chew, flavor of the umami, warmth of the meat, and sizzle of the rendered fat. Man needs no other meal.
I use Grille Grates! I also let my grill get extremely hot! Around 450 degrees! I time my cook also. 11/2 minutes then I turn it 90 degrees for another 90 seconds for 3 minutes total! Flip it and do the same! The high temp cauterizes the meat and seals the juices! Rest it about 5 minutes to allow the juices to settle and you’re in business!
I don't know I get so hungry watching these cooking - eating videos when I'm a great cooker myself,I have a wife & kids,&y wife's a better cooker than I am,but I still watch the cooking videos....in all honesty ,we can make everything they are making🤤😋🤤😋
Looke good. Grill lines are very aesthetically pleasing. Even though I personally prefer a nice crust ( maillard reaction) throughout the steak, I would definitely devour this!
@HOLY_SPIRIT_GOD lean to speak huh? Lol. Look who's talkin. Man stfu. If you were actually a believer you'd realize how blasphemous it is to call yourself god. Also, I was using voice text while I was driving for work. I know how to write correctly, fool.
on cold rain or snow day cannot grill outdoors only thing to cook is ribeyes pull out cast iron- sear & use butter & garlic cloves to baste- family say better than grill out
I cooked 5 ribeyes for mothers day yesterday, smoked them with apple wood first then seared.. man it's hard to beat a good steak 🤤 family prefers medium while I like mine much more rare, so (imo) overcooking them a bit kinda hurt my soul a little. SPG is all the seasoning a ribeye needs to be beautiful 😍
Believe it or not , my wife and I had Ribeye for dinner with corn on the cob and a cucumber , onion and tomato salad with a nice crusty Baguette. I also had a bottle of Miller Light .
