You wash your twist? I am always scared to do that so it doesn't lock

I do I wash and condition the twists when I'm ready to loosen them and I want a fast wash process. It somehow makes loosing easy cos the hair is well moisturized.

I've not tried using them before but I know they have some benefits. You can just try to confirm that they do not have side effects as well....
