It's kind of a hidden gem as I don't hear many people talk about, but if you are in the city it's definitely worth a trip for a fun and peaceful bike ride, incredible views, and quiet. This summer you will find me biking, picnicking, and throwing around a frisbee 😊

The bike is my number one form of transportation and even my son learnt it when he was 4yo and goes to kindergarten on it. Where I’m from (Germany) it’s so common to go everywhere by bike, not only leisurely. I’m so proud of you that you faced your fears! 💪🏼🚲

@@LittleRockQueen14 Stimmt schon, es gibt regionale Unterschiede. Dänemark ist uns auch noch etwas weiter voraus, was die Radpolitik angeht. Aber bei uns (Großraum Berlin) ist schon viel ausgebaut und eben auch so gut, dass es das Number One Verkehrsmittel für viele Menschen (in unserem Umfeld und drüber hinaus) ist.

Sunscreen should be used not only in summer or when sunny….but all year long during day light. In every body part that is exposed to light. Radiation comes in no matter if sunny or foggy. Just that you know :)

You need to exposed yourself to the sun at some point to charge your vitamin D levels otherwise you could never have skin cancer but you will be sick

I would literally murder to be in NYC right now but I understand people who live there constantly: To take a short break from all the city chaos with 1000ths of people being around-mostly tourists- ...when I needed a little time out from the city, I went to my favorite place: Hoboken reiht over there. It´s awesome, Ally, you HAVE to go there ! Do you know Carlos Bakery in Washington Street ?
