I've gotta say, this is one of the best "ads" for a training app I've ever seen in my entire life, so fluid, not intrusive at all, and really highlighted its features. As a dirty meathead, I really don't like to even bring my phone to the gym, but I can see it very clearly that this can be VERY useful for a serious lifter pushing their limits. Congratz Coach, absolutely awesome stuff.
that was an awesome demonstration, i wonder if the app would be something for our facility (more for the coach side) with several coaches and +40 athletes? Maybee we can find a deal somehow?
According to Dane in the video it sounds like you can mark it as too easy or too hard but what I'm curious about, if he doesn't get a chance to answer your question tomorrow, instead of checking the box that you did what it suggested you do, can you edit the box and say that you did that extra 0.25 kg?
Ah yes, because no American athletes have ever done PEDs. Only Marion Jones, Justin Gatlin, Tyson Gay, Carl Lewis, Lance Armstrong, etc etc etc. Then they found out in the BALCO case that there was mass scale industrial doping in US athletics. But no, it's the Chinese doing PEDs
Hey Coach, I am 19 um German football player. My strength values are bench press 125kg, squats 170 and deadlift 220kg. Somehow the volume in the app at the elite level seems a little low compared to my training before. I wanted to ask if you think this app is optimal for any fitness level or is there a point where only personal training makes sense and the app just doesn't cover everything. Could greetings:)

I’ve been wondering if doing calesthetics in the morning and weight lifting/compound exercises is bad. Does calesthetics effect how my athletic performance improve. Or should I stay only on compound lifts ?
How do weightlifters have great hamstrings, all they do is squats ?? Im damn confused can anyone clear it. I know for a fact that they dont do leg curls
