Hi Julie...I recently came across something called TRE...tension/trauma release exercise. There are videos on here that show how to do it. Essentially, you induce tremors in the body, which causes pent up energies to be released from the nervous system. All other animals know how to "shake it off", but we seem to have forgotten. I've done it a few times now, and it really is quite amazing. ❤
I appreciate you, and most times I can accomplish being up and positive. But when your son is an alcoholic for 20 some years, this is wearing. Even when I give it to God. It is more than wearing, agitating, and on and on for years. 😢😮😮😮
I do not understand, how to see it different. I do experience a lot of payne. And how come I I can see that differently. My bee that this is the ego or whatever you call it. And I also see a picture of your body on you tube.
