I didn't know he was a Muslim. We have to fix the online gov app for western Sunni Muslims, divide the knowledge into Islam and worldly knowledge. Then set up major branches thereof like 'Aqidah being a major branch while Tawhid being a branch of 'Aqidah. Or Medicine being a major branch while surgery, dentistry etc being a branch under it. Or media being a major branch while journalism being a branch under it etc. Then each branch having it's own Majlis (sitting, parliament) where only those who pass the criterias and exams become eligible to candidate for the Majlis post of the branch. And then their eligible peers appoint the nest among themselves without democracy where the ignorant mob appoints, nor nepotism, tribalism or any sort of favoritism. So if 1000 journalists passed the exams, they get a license and are eligible to candidate. Those 1000 will appoint 300 among themselves after a week or two of Shura' (council) and deliberations. Then those 300 will sit at the online Majlis and appoint 20 as the Ahlul Halli wal 'Aqd of their branch. Then those 20 Ahlul Halli people of journalism will then have a Shura' (council) and a deliberation for a week or two to appoint the Ameer (leader) of their branch. Once all branches of media have their Ameers/Wazeers (leaders, ministers), then those ministers will appoint the Ahlul Halli for the major branch of media until we get the head, the Ameer of media whose government of media regulates media in collaboration with the ministry of Fiqh. Gaming will be a branch under media. Then a grand Majlis for the ministers of all the major branches of the worldly knowledgewill be set up. Then they will appoint the Ahlul Halli of the grand Majlis who in turn appoints the Amir of all secular/worldly knowledge in a similar way. And the same will be with the Islamic knowledge. The grand Islamic knowledge Majlis have rights that the worldly knowledge does not have, like appointing the Ameer of the land, judges of the courts, and the senioir scholars who issue Fatawa. Da'wah will be a branch under 'Aqidah and they will appoint the Imams who can teach the Salafi 'Aqidah in the Mosques. No institution will be allowed to teach any 'Aqidah other than the Salafi 'Aqidah. Thus we will have two grand Majlis. The eligibility of being a Ameer of the land will have the greatest criterias. And the grand Islamic Majlis where the senior scholars of each major Islamic branch sits, are to set up those criterias. And they will appoint him from among themselves in a similar process. The average length of ruling will be the average length of the Caliphs that ever lived, like 10 years. Lifetime ruling may lead to corruption. Two year of testing where he can be replaced if he's incompetent. No democracy where the ignorant mob appoints will be tolerated. The affairs will be governed by the most knowledgeable, righteous and competent. Thus we will become a people of knowledge. Zero tolerance for racism, nepotism and cronyism. Lie detecting sessions after each deliberations and appointment will take place. If someone appointed someone because of tribalism or worldly gain and not for Allah ﷻ and the well-being of the Muslims, then he will be suspended for an amount of time until he repents and rectifies his Niyyah (intention). Then the Ameer of the land will appoint his government from the various ministers of both the Islamic and worldly knowledge. Every citizen will have some knowledge that he/she is interested in to work in. There will eventually appear polymaths who mastered all knowledge. Women are allowed to be advisors and the Ameer can appoint her as a minister in his government if she was the most knowledgeable, competent and her peers appointed her as a minister. But my opinion is that our sisters get a parallel soceity so that they don't have to get into the world of men in order to prove themselves. All of this can be discussed in the online government for the Sunnis in the west. Anyone who brings in the ideologies of disbelievers like feminism and immorality will not get online citizenship until they have repented and passed the citizenship criterias and the lie detecting tests. Also a 5-10 years of having been a practicing Muslim amd a Taskiyyah from the Mosque of his community has to be shown. Bare minimum practice of Islam will be the 5 pillars of Islam in order to get an online citizenship. A similar pledge like the pledge of 'Aqabah to stay away from major sins and be loyal to Allah ﷻ, His Messenger ﷺ and to the believers. We have to solve the women issue so that she gets her worldly aspirations in a Halal way, otherwise the disbelievers may trick her and she might become a traitor. The Saudi initiative of setting up compounds, or work places, women only malls, women only transportation etc will be looked into, enhanced and perfected with what the technology of this age has to offer insha'Allah. Also tranches, or levels of practice. Every tribe, ethnic people, their Halal 'Urf (customs), cultures and languages will be preserved by the ministry of culture so that those who prefer living with their kinsmen has that option vs those who prefer living with people of similar understanding in religiosity and fiqh, vs those who prefer living with similar worldly knowledge interests like physicists or merchants, or construction people etc living in similar neighbourhoods. Then as you mature, you'll always have these choices. Race baiting will necome a crime. Those who are mixed get to choose or set up their own tribe. Probably when you get old you'll like to be with your tribe, but when you are young, mixing with those who have similar interests as you is what you prefer. You'll be surrounded by believers anyway. There will be a marriage ministry so that access to marriage is there. If a tribe or community of people excel in something, whether good character, or an effective method of educating and getting knowledge while another one is lacking, then they will help and teach the leaders of the lacking tribe or community. All of these issues will be discussed and resolved. That's what Shura' (taking council) is meant for in the online government. Then we will seek membership at the OIC, Muslim world league, the Arab league as a new nation and people, i.e. the believers from the west. We will list all Mosques and communities in the west from California to New Zealand. Only those who uphold the Rights of Allah ﷻ and have not committed shirk and Bid'ah that takes a person out of Islam, nor advocates for shirk or bid'ah, will become a member. You will belong to the community you pray Jum'ah and Eid with for the time being. Then we will negotiate a piece of territory in the Muslim world. My opinion is the Sinai Peninsula. Then make treaties with non-zionist westerners like the America 1st people by returning their demographics back to them. Billions in donations will pour in, and you will get better livingstandards with Islamic architecture that the ministry of architecture together with ministry of construction will present to the Ummah to choose from. That is the only thing the masses can choose from. Also a national common dresscode. Like a thobe, a bisht that the ministry of Libas (dress) brings forth, each 5 years like a new jerset every season. Once the zionists see this, they will try to stop it as the status quo of mixing everyone together, creating religious or race wars benefits them. As for those who cling on living in the west, no one will force you. You can live there. Trying to fix your conditions within the system of disbelief, then that is a recipe for failure. You will only create race wars as the disbeliever is an ignorant creature greedy for this world whom the jew will trigger into his minion due to your Al-Wahn, and they will commit genocide on you if you beat him in the world of disbelief or take the world from him. And thereby Al-Wahn by certain Muslims will have hindered those disbelievers from Islam. Imagine Rasulullah ﷺ competing with Safwaan bin 'Umayyah رضي الله عنه for Al-Wahn and dunya? Or sending the Sahabah رضي الله عنهم to Daar An-Nadwa complaining to Abu Jahl of what hypocrites they are? Having integrity and your own thing is better i.e. a Madinah.
