In my thought We could actually go to past for example when we see at space it shows the past cause the farther it is light takes that much time to reach us and we know that space can be bent , compressed and stretched then what if we compress the space and go to Proxima centuri faster than light then we would actually be there in the past like what we are seeing now cause what we are seeing is billion of years old so if we compress space and get there in 1 min wouldn't be billion of years in the past and if we see at earth we'll see what earth looked like in the past from there and if we again compressed space and travelled back to earth then wouldn't we be in past way back ? And if we use time dilation to fast forward in time and get to where we want in future (technically in past) . So is it possible to travel back in time I know there is no wrap technology but theoretically it is possible isn't it to bend space ?

That’s right, in the example from the video it’s called a one way time travel, you wouldn’t have the chance to go back in time to your origin timeline.
See, the problem here is the assumption that time is ONE dimension of space-time. Time, like space, is actually 3-dimensional. But, we’re only capable of perceiving that one, linear dimension. We’re we able to perceive, and access, the second of time’s 3 dimensions, we would be able to easily shift forwards and backwards through time. Add in the third temporal dimension, and we’d be able to shift “sideways” into alternate timelines. Ancient Greek mathematicians understood the concept, but only bits of their knowledge remain. It’s a puzzle with many missing pieces.

9:42. This is theoretically incorrect as you can see the Big Bang due to light travel. If you have a telescope powerful enough (some people think James Webb’s is good enough for such a task) that can see as far as the universe’s age, you can technically see what the Big Bang looked like thanks to the way light travels. It is possible to see the past, in fact it’s impossible to theoretically see the present due to how light works and how fast neuro transmissions to the brain are.
To see the light from the past, which is still travelling at its current speed, its almost impossible to place a telescope in front of the way of the light. And if we are thinking of doing this, then we need something which is faster then the speed of light to place the telescope at the correct location.

I wonder if it has to do with our Dna which very well be of advanced nature. When my late grandfather was in the hospital dying of lung cancer, I was by his side but not physically. Somehow I time traveled to be by his side, I was holding his hand and was crying 😢I knew of this 5 yrs ago(50 then)but not just that, I've been in other timelines where I help catching criminals who walk around like normal in this timeline. This man I met about 4 yrs ago was a serial killer in another timeline and since I helped bringing him to justice there, here he became bound to a wheelchair by a paralysis. I see time travel as you could go to an alternate timeline and do things that were meant to happen (last of present), but you can't change what has happened. The big hurdle would be finding a close enough timeline and it's position in space considering the universe is expanding and we are rotating a star, rotating a black hole.

I understand that if an observer, say on earth, was to view a moving traveler in space, the travelers clock would appear to be moving slower than the observers. I know this is a way for the traveler to travel into the future. Knowing that, if the traveler was to move very close to the speed of light, when he returned to earth, he would have aged much less than observer, that would seem to indicate that the observers clock, as viewed by the traveler, would have been moving faster than the travelers. As an example, if I knew that for one second on my clock, you age one day, it would appear to me that your clock would be moving very rapidly, like a high speed picture book. However, I know this is not the case in terms of clocks (both appear to be moving slowly, because, as I understand it, there is no preferred frame of reference). From what I’ve heard, the time dilation effect kicks in due to acceleration and deacceleration. It’s unclear to me as to why this occurs. Can you explain it? Thanks very much.

I have always thought that if you could travel forwards and backwards through time, paradoxically, the past and the future would cease to exist. If I travel to the past to visit my grandfather, for me it would be a trip to the past but for him it would not be like that. It would be someone who comes from the future to the present. Which of the two would be right? I think both. I think that being able to travel in time, the past, the present and the future would become a whole long line of alternative present. Maybe that's a possibility. But as long as you're doing a time thing.i would think you would want to go forward to see what's going to be. But it seems like there is just more of the same but in a different way and situation at that time. Meaning : like a movie that's done with the same script but done by different actor's. Or a car that's like one of the past but better with the technology. To me there is so much that hasn't been thought of yet that would make things better but at the same time making it better for humanity. One of The problem with the world today is. The more advanced we seem to get. It's just a fucking concept which can be proved by math. A theory. A philosophical scientific model. It doesn't mean that it's possible, it's just logically possible. Math is logic, but sometimes, only sometimes, it defies reality. Just like how I can't share 3 mangoes to a number of people more than 3 at the moment. But math says "3-4 =-1". It not "reality" possible that I can share a negative Mango which I can't have in reality. we just have to logically and intelligently accept that math and science has some limits to reality also. Just like how you can imagine and fantasize about objects/concepts and mathematically fit and shape the models of those concepts which agree to the laws of math and physics, and then prove , present in a theory and then if it agrees with all the scientific rules, its deemed true and taught in schools and stagnating our science. I agree that requires the likes of people with high iq and stuff to do that ,but it doesn't mean that it fits in with reality. Imagine, just like how anything has it's laws of operation, Earth, the universe or whatsoever you may call it, can have it's defined rules and ways of operation. My feeling is that, what we are doing with science is fun, interesting and great, We have really come a long way in our understanding of science, but I somehow feel that science has lost a bit of it's meaning. If you travel back in time you create a new timeline. If you kill your parents. You aren’t born in that timeline. But it doesn’t effect the timeline you came from. im aware its a popularly accepted theory, but time & space are not one & the same. space is the substrate of existence, time is the way humans perceive progression through ,or in the substrate of space as well as our progress through our lifetime. without 'time', consciousness would be chaotic & confusing to no end, survival in a natural sense would be impossible, not to mention reality would be indigestible for humans. if you have a time machine like in H.G. There is no time travel except in the forward direction. Period. The Second Law of Thermodynamics forbids it. In order to reverse time you have to decrease the total entropy of the universe. It can not be done, no way, no how.

If man was to actually travel in time, he would basically be God. Cause if there is no limt as to how far back he can go he will reach the beginning or void of all things

Let us say that is somehow posible to travel to the past,because past has already happened.But how can you travel to the future,since it has not happened yet.How can you go to somewhere that does not exist.Only under condition ,that future already happened
