Introducing The Pilot is Dead Presents: Post Mortem!
Whenever I do an episode, I watch A LOT of videos and read a lot of material. So much stuff that - for one reason or another - not everything makes it into an episode. Starting this season, whenever an episode is released, I will follow up with a Post Mortem LIVE where I will talk about things related to the episode.
For example, I have a lot more to say about that horrible Howard Stern interview featured in Ep. 401.

You meantioned one show only having a few minutes have you considered doing a couple of those in one video ? I think even that could be interesting but maybe thats just me

I used to do a series called “Matt’s Mixed Bag” for shows where I can only find a limited amount of information. I’d actually be keen on doing that again. If you search you can find about four or five I’ve already done including a bad Kanye West pilot.

You mentioned that you peruse Reddit for a lot of research. Where do you end up finding the clips for all of the episodes? Are there people that upload them on RU-vid? And if so, where do those people get the videos from? I love that these things still exist in some fashion and aren't just lost to time..

Reddit’s actually just my time waster, I don’t do any research there. I find my pilots on RU-vid, Archive.org, and other sources. Unfortunately a lot of channels that post unaired pilots get shut down so I’ve started downloading them directly to my hard drive in case they disappear. An entire library I used was taken offline this last year. Someone’s gotta preserve this stuff.
