I have a story about projection on the top of your skull, it goes like this! You know those profound messages you get from inside or source? Well I was having a little conversation about food, I was skint so I couldn't get the usual organic fruit and veg. I was asked to eat the chicken bones as they had trace amounts of something that I need but didn't have. So I said not all just the knuckles on the end, so I did then started meditation and breathing at this point I was asked to look up through my body up to the top of my skull. Exactly where your crown closes up Gold sparkles started emanating from my crown to around an inch from both ears, then it fizzled out . I thought like you it must be like an internal projector that at some point turns on so you can use it. Sounds bonkers but true I promise.

Focus without effort and it won't fizzle out. My experience is that you start with gold and go through colour range of formations, Sometimes it will start with purple for me, but i dont know relevance. After some time of observation I get what I can only explain as a sideshow of morphing images, longer still there may be auditory cues/frequency notifications, similar to a closed eye visual on psych subst but lesser of Mandelbrot/cymatic depictions. At this point you may communicate without voice, and reactions may be noticed to questions. The more practice the more vivid and receptive it seems to be. Outside influences must be blocked out without reaction or connection may be lost. Travel is excellent from thos meditative state, and can help a lot with what I can only call psychological situations in the physical realm through a kaleidoscopic dream mesh. While typing this out a heavy high frequency was observed from my right ear, a confirmation if you will.
