Love my MAVERICK 2000 SS... what an absolute beast. The addition of the smoke cage for burning some apple or pecan chunks is an easy way to get a dark bark and even more smoke flavor.

I went on here looking for reviews about a camp chef when I stumbled across the mad scientist bbq reviews comparing your smokers to everyone’s.
