His speed is a nice complement to JPJ’s length and physicality. We have a more diverse CB unit now. Donte can cover faster receivers and JPJ can cover taller and more physical receivers.

@@JAMESJJEFFERS He was also too slow to keep up with quick Receivers. If Peterson was 10 years younger he probably could. But not anymore so we needed an upgrade.

Adding Peterson to this group would make me happy though. Asking him to be a 1 or 2 until jpj developed last year was just too much for pat p where he is in his career. If he would come in and be cb3 our defense would be insanely better than it is right now.

Would also like to see film on some of the things guys we bring it may need to work on. That way we get a better understanding on how other pieces can compliment their weaknesses or what schemes can help them succeed.
