hello and tell me how to develop a player alone if he is already over twenty years old. And what exercises will be more effective for the rapid development of a non-working leg. And how can a player learn to look at the field when he is with the ball and not at the ball.
Hey buddy, send me an email so I can respond there. I'd need to know a bit more about what the goals are in order to give you the best answer. There are some idea exercises and concepts but it'll depend on the objectives.
Love your contents! Helped me a lot! One question - How do I handle a push to the back from the defender before I control the ball? I know it's a foul but The refs mostly missed those calls.
Hey Kaung, there are different ways to get better receiving the ball with a defender right behind you. First we need to look in your case, are you more of a Fixed pivot or a floating Pivot?
I'll make a video later about this but there are two things you could do. First is to get as low as you can to the ground to keep a strong balance when he's pushing, and with that the second is to hold the defender, putting your arms behind, kinda wrapping him. This way you gonna use his body as a reference to lean on, keeping a high balance, and the player won't have much space between you both to use the arms to push. Maybe this alternatives can be helpful. Let me know
you made me realise what I am on the pitch! a floating pivot! But also a good defending one truely nice video but in my games the people are always annoying that I use my arms but now that I've seen this video, Im just gonna do it again and focus on playing with my back to the opponent. thank you!
I’ve learned a ton from your videos. I play Futsal myself so every time you’re dropping a vid, I have to watch. I also appreciate your descriptiveness because I play blind soccer.
