So what are you supposed to tell someone when they fall into sin? “Don’t” seems appropriate to say. Yes, without the law sin is dead but yet we continue to sin. So I think it’s okay to say Do not steal, Do not kill etc… My prayer is that Holy Spirit would reveal the law, Grace, love, forgiveness to us all.

Those that continue to sin have not really understood the Grace of GOD, for with it you cannot deliberately continue in sin. If you fall due to a weakness your Spirit ought to be remorseful atleast, that's a sign that you don't like what you did but you're not yet where you ought to be. Until you get to that point where sin is powerless over you, where things you were addicted to cannot lure you anymore, that is Living in the Grace. It's a journey, an awakened understanding. Firstly you have to believe and consider yourself dead to sin. That's how you overcome weaknesses. When you tell someone "don't do this", you have given them the law. We all know what the law does. Instead of saying don't do this, show them what they should be doing. GOD bless you.
