This was the peak of CoD where people were calling each other slurs or telling them to kill themselves for no reason. Nobody gave a shit back then. The reason they're actually doing this is because there are people who exist that are fighting with whether they should be alive or not and mentioning topics like suicide or self harm might be enough to either send them over the edge or relive some past experiences.
