So the Discus series is ending and maybe not in a super positive note, but a much more knowledgable note! If I will continue with Discus, I will try and plant the tank even more! Plus cap the soils with light colour gravel :P

They are not meant/cut out for tank life! Personally i don't keep them. Because they are the only fish that makes me sad.. Maybe its the big eyes idk.. I love them but i just can't have them.. Enjoyed your video, thank you..

I keeped my discus in a 78° and plants in pots best way to do it and water changed 2 times a week so they can grow big

Hi, Danny what should be the power of an aquarium lamp if there is red, green, and blue - what is the ratio of each color in percentage to your Dutch scape? I will be grateful for recommendations

Hi, well with LED that is all relative.. Chose fixtures that have the same length as your tank, dimmable ones are best. If it’s tubes start with one, or two and add more if needed. Led fixtures can be very strong so the whole w per l thing doesn’t apply anymore and I prolly shouldn’t start the PAR discussion and further confuse you :))) ps: rereading that now… well I prefer the Twinstar lights for planted tanks and with those you can’t control the spectrum, like with the chihiros. They got it alright though I’m kinda not a fan of spectrum adjustable lights lol the eyes can fool you.. or me lol so not sure what to tell you about that it’s whatever looks nice and has red and blue :))

If the white one died very suddenly, it might have been gill flukes. Even if you treated them, the breeder and retailer probably did too. A lot therefore have antibiotic resistance. Sorry for your loss; I have them too and they are so friendly.
