I'm reading a ton of the PSU faithful say that we go down by 3, that they lack the confidence based upon last year. To me this is a flawed theory in that this team is much different than last year. As you have pointed out several times, the USC game was a catalysis to where this team is now. This team is playing better week in and week out and the reason for that is the team is growing together. They are "meshing" - you can not understate how much aversity helps your cohesion and confidence. This team is primed to peak. I think OSU has a ton to get ready for and I'm just thinking PSU is the better team. It's their time to shine. Saturday is going to answer a lot of doubters and quiet a lot of critics. Thank you as always for you great analysis. Loved watching you both play and your incite is right on point.
What concerned me about the Wis game was, if those were OSU receivers not dropping the ball, how does that game turn out? I am impressed with this teams ability to drive the whole field. 70+ yd drives are commonplace. They just shoot themselves a bit with a penalty vs USC, a dropped pass and fumble here against Wis. clean that up and its really dominant. And if it isnt for those type plays and an improv punt run, they really don’t start slow either side of the ball.
Man, Wisconsin had a ton of dropped passes. Our middle seemed pretty soft from a coverage perspective. Did you guys see the same thing or was I watching a different game ?
Christian. Never will forget you and your time under center but why why why the cursing? Who is your audience? My daughter just asked me what trash I was watching online?
