I made this fan animation as a super late gift for celebrating the game's 30th Anniversary. My first gift which is in a form a drawing was sent on time though lol. I tried to imitate the game's design with a bit of twist. I also took references from both fan translation and official translation of the game so this animation has a bit of mix from two of 'em
Hope you enjoy the video, especially for MOTHER or Earthbound fans like me

I'm in genuine awe. Outstanding humour, excellent comedy timing, absolutely gorgeous, fluid and skilled animation, and yet so few views. I'm so happy to know that something of this high quality was done for MOTHER.

I love how expressive Ninten is. I'd love to see a reimagining of Mother 1 with animation or maybe that clay stuff from Link's Awakening DX. just to pick up extra context clues.

Happy 30th anniversary to the Mother series! Thank you for the good (and sad) times you've given everyone over the years, no crying until the end! I've been watching your progress updates on Tumblr and the final product was even better then i thought it was gonna be! This is so well made!! You kept the original charm of the game while putting your own spin on things, its great to see some high quality animations still coming out in the ever old Mother fandom. I don't see many animations on the first game, so this was a great refresher. (And to all the people who are going to comment about Ness, this is NOT him. This is Ninten from Mother 1 or Earthbound Beginnings, this game came out before Earthbound. Earthbound is the second game in the trilogy)

Deuce Moncura Because there shouldn't have been a NEED for the fan translation. Plus, the fan translation is TECHNICALLY illegal. It genuinely wouldn't surprise me if they ever go after Clyde for it, especially since they can't unplug it like they can't unplug AM2R. It would suck, but it wouldn't be a surprise.

Hot damn, this is so insanely underrated, Im just happy the youtube algorithm gave me this, lol. But seriously, how the hell does this not have more views? I would seriously love to watch a series of mother 1, with this animation, humor, and just overall, well, just pure unequaled quality, I just sent it to some of my friends who also love this series, and I already know theyre gonna love this too! If you ever feel the urge to make more mother animations, that would be seriously amazing, but aside from that, you earned yourself a sub!

This was absolutely fantastic. It really makes me hope that one day this community is ambitious enough to come together to make a genuine Earthbound series. I think that would be incredible and animated segments and shorts like this make such a venture absolutely amazing to think about even if it would be an enormous task.

I think you put the wrong inputs in your calculator. 6 times 9 is 54. 54/54 is 1. 1 times 1.5 is 1.5. Sin is equal to the ratio between the side opposite of the angle and the hypotenuse of the right triangle. Here sin(30) would be 0.5 (I'm too lazy to explain why right now). 0.5 times 1.5 is 0.75, or 3/4.
