THE POOREST COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD 

Really i feel bad when i see poor people, i think all the countries are rich, but the governments are the main problem.

I can't believe I live in Malawi, the poorest country , but I am still proud of being a Malawian

These living conditions are horrific

The biggest problem is birth . Instead of just feeding millions of people (which is costly) UN, NGO’s , and other organisations who donate need to start funding contraception. I am from Africa , and what I have realised is that most Africans suffer because poor people here give birth to many kids and can’t afford to take care of them .In 3rd world countries and poverty stricken countries ,Sex, alcohol and drugs are the order of the day. You can’t stop people from having sex , so they need to stop people from giving birth . I assure you that 90% of children born in Africa were not planned for. So they need to implement a system of planned parenthood in Africa . This would decrease the poverty rate by a very large portion . Just feeding people alone doesn’t tackle poverty . When it comes to poverty, the head of the snake here is birth , education and healthcare.

I feel so bad for my country, the DRC. I’m so blessed that my parents managed to get out and get my family to America, where we have a happy live with a nice house. I’m glad I get to donate my things to my family members living there. God bless my country 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

i just came across to see the video. The war in Ukraine and Russia is a waste of money. A portion of billion dollars can helped the unprivileged countries which I considered also as war in poverty . I thanked Lord Jesus Christ for giving us blessed country with beautiful islands, fertile soil and hard working people.

In 1990, among the 30 poorestes countries in the world (based on HDI) there were roughly 15 african and 15 asian nations. Now, 27 out of 30 are africa. The 3 exceptions are haiti, yemen and afghanistan.

Poverty is not only in Africa but it is world wide

Don’t fall into the common misconception of developed countries, thinking that just because people are very poor, they must be very unhappy! I have lived for a decade in a country that surprisingly didn’t make this list but is in the same region and suffers many of the same hardships as the countries described here. I have found the people here to be generally far happier in their daily lives than many people in developed nations. This is not to minimise the suffering and the problems, they are serious and I hope things improve in those areas. All I mean is that happiness does not come from a store. It doesn’t even come from pleasant circumstances. You can have everything and be unhappy and end up committing suicide. You can have not a cent in your wallet, but have great friends and a loving family and a strong faith in God, and be full of joy. Your call.

Of course it is very unfortunate that some countries are both poor and mismanaged. I question, however, the inclination to continue having so many children, some of whom will actually suffer. Is suffering an by-product of being human or is it a by-product of socialization with accepted cruelty? Further, then, help me understand why I should welcome this mind set into my own country? Doesn't this DE-value each human and happily restrict so many from achieving material success??!?!?!
