Huge amounts of new followers have joined the mission and so many of you have lovely messages, THANK YOU 🙌 That being said, I do have to turn off Bluetooth so my watch isn't pinging me some of the negative stuff all the time. I know why I do this and I also know many who are nasty are just coming from a place of fragility and deserve my sympathy for not being OK with who they are. The example here is pretty mild to be honest but an easy example anyway, my way of saying, I took a day out but the mission continues.
