I think it's very narrow minded to see so many comments on this video judging Gary Vee. Maybe go back and read "Ego is the Enemy." You can learn something from everyone... and don't let your first impressions or emotions cloud your impression of a person. Gary is doing something right because he is running successful businesses and he's a very captivating speaker. It's valuable to learn even from people you might not like.
Gary Vee is the antithesis of Stoicism. It would be more apt for Gary Vee to be seeking advice from you. His hustle culture is not virtuous and is definitely not 'in accordance with nature'.

Gary Vee jumpstarted hustle culture. When everyone got burnt out and his brand was in danger, he pivoted to this authentic self bs. I'm a big fan of the channel, but it's disappointing you even got him for the podcast.

Do you know why people dislike Gary so much? I was a little opposed because I think he got intense on hustle culture...or maybe I'm confusing him with someone...but I thought his insights on this was great.
@@allie8442 I think some ppl didn’t like how he curses in his videos, and yes, a lot of ppl interpreted what he was saying as “hustle p*rn”. But he has come out and said that he thinks ppl should get as much sleep as they need and should find what works for them. And I think he’s right, what works for one person may not work for someone else. But if you want to achieve greatness you are going to have to sacrifice some comforts at least some times, and one of those comforts may by sleep (temporarily)
I’ve lost a lot of respect for this channel and the author. That’s how much I dislike Gary vee and think he is a poisonous scam artist and a snake. It’s actually dangerous to give him a platform for young people to listen to. Really disappointing.
