Van Augur is not stronger than Gear 4 Luffy. Cracker simply has no idea how to prepare his armament defenses vs a teleporting sharpshooter. Unlike Katakuri, he has no future sight.

People are missing the point. It's not that Van Augur is stronger physically or haki-wise than Dressrosa Arc Gear 4. It's that armament needs to be activated consciously. Cracker has no idea where Van Augur went nor has future sight. So he has no defenses against such enemies.

A lot of nice color contrast this episode. Blackbeard, his darkness fruit and the red lightning, parallels Luffy’s all white look, and the blue lightning attacks vs kaido. Gonna be so hyped when we finally get Gear 5 luffy vs Blackbeard.

I do think that Pudding believes they captured her to read the poneglyphs, but I honestly don't think that that's Blackbeard's real intention with her. Idk what it would be, but I feel as though Blackbeard would have more reliable means as to reading the Poneglyph language, I really think Blackbeard is planning to use her Memo Memo ability to read either Garp or Saturn's memories (or someone else, those are just my 2 candidates due to all that each of them would have known/seen ESPECIALLY Saturn) EDIT: unrelated but TEKKING HAS READ MEDAKA BOX??? this is why hes the goat fr

@@kaidenjohnson2624 Well as for Garp, he's one of the oldest and most respected Marines, as well as having direct history with both Roger and Rocks, there could be a lot of knowledge Garp has that we aren't privy too, I don't know what specifically though, Blackbeard's hard to read lol. And if Saturn really is ancient, like void-century age, combined with his status he has access to probably the MOST forbidden knowledge considering he's on the team that hides the information, I feel like access to any of the Gorosei's memories would be game-changing no matter who got ahold of it

Facts even in a 1v3 Kuzan destroys them without having to go all out lol. Katakuri would probably be able to dodge for awhile but that’s just stalling until he gets frozen. Oven and Cracker get 1 shotted lol

Oven would be able to eventually break and melt the ice using his heat. Not saying he could hurt Kuzan back‚ but Kuzan wouldn't one-shot him. Or he would have to go all out and immediately finish him off while he's frozen. I don't think Kuzan could beat Oven without killing him the way he did Cracker.

That's not possible, they can't animate something if it isn't there in the manga, the cover stories are canon, but no!! They can't just create their own headcanon and start animating the fight which includes potentially the final antagonist of the series unless oda himself is *directly* involved in it.

I have thought that Van Augur doesn't just teleport himself and other people, but other objects such as his bullets. Imagine his target is (could even be Usopp in the final battle) hiding behind a wall or building, Augur uses Observation Haki to lock on, fires a shot, & immediately warps the bullet directly in front of them and always gets direct hit. That would explain the birds at Jaya, even if his Haki can sense that far way, I still have my doubts the gun has that range, but with warping it final makes sense.

I think it's obvious at this point that the "final fight" in OP isn't going to be some classic sets of 1v1 fights between SH and BB pirates. It'll probably be a massive battle royal, between several different factions and faction divides, with some 1v1 fights, some junpings, and some tag outs

Another thing Pudding said that differed from the Manga. In the Manga Pudding flexed her status as one of the Big Mom Pirate, only to be teased that the Blackbeard Pirates were fighting one of her killers. In the Anime, she simply says they wouldn't be so confident if Big Mom was still alive.

The Horse Horse Fruit, model Pegasus in a horse might as well just be the Wing Wing Fruit, unless it comes with some weird mythical ability. One of Pegasus's powers that would certainly come in handy in One Piece is its ability to create springs/fountains with its hooves (it's always good to have a pool of water where to dunk a DF user). It might also shoot thunderbolts (he carried Zeus's bolts), or if you want to go meta anime, launch a barrage of meteor-like punches like Saint Seiya xD

My head cannon for how Van Auger is able to one shot Cracker’s Biscuit Soldier is that he has awakened his Devil Fruit and can apply warp to objects including his bullets. And not just warping as in teleportation but warp speed.

I actually don't think BB wants pudding for her 3rd eye ability, I think he can already use the voice of all things somehow. I think he wants her for her memory devil fruit. It would be a great way for him to manipulate the whole world's memories into believing he was the king of the world if he could awaken it.
