The world we find ourselves in, like Daniel’s, is hostile, and many live in despair. If we could run from it, we might, but God has not called us to escape this world. He calls us to transform it. ABOUT TODAY’S MESSAGE
Pastor Dean explores the life of Daniel, emphasizing that his success stems from consistent spiritual formation through small, everyday actions over time. Despite being an elderly servant under a new regime, Daniel continued to exemplify faithfulness and unwavering devotion to God, which ultimately led to his miraculous survival in the lion’s den. The message challenges us to reflect on our own responses to difficulty, advocating for prayerful reliance on God instead of panic or pride. Ultimately, Pastor Dean draws parallels between Daniel and Jesus, highlighting that while Daniel faced earthly trials alone, Jesus took on the ultimate judgment for humanity, offering redemption and presence in our struggles.
