We will have emotions & reactions no matter how much we grow, it's how we respond and observe that matters. Just because you're having big emotions does not mean you're doing anything wrong.

As difficult as emotions can be sometimes I agree it's important to feel them and let them pass through otherwise they block us from spiritual and personal growth.

Yes, that’s been very true in my experience! Especially as I give more energy healing, I realize how much of the stagnant energies are connected to our emotions. And the anticipation is always worse than just doing it ☺️
