That's how a religious and spiritual leader should be like...I blessed to be under your holy feet His Holiness... The entire world is blessed forever... happy and healthy long live to you His Holiness 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Ocean of Wisdom, only the religious leader to whom I can listen for hours and hours. Brings tears of joy listening to his lecture on Buddhism and humanity and particularly Compassion and Forgiveness. Long Live His Holiness...
I just saw him the Dalai Lama give an interview in a new documentary called “Discover the Gift.” His ideas are so motivational and uplifting. I almost cried in the end.
what a wonderful, wise and warm-hearted speech. If only more religious leaders, or leaders in general could have that thinking. Instead of spreading hate and separation, and so so much ignorance. I hope the his holiness will live many more years, to make this world a little better and inspire the people who listen to his words.
Namo Buddhaya, Namo Dharmaya Namo Shangaya! Long live His Holiness Tenzin Gyatso - the Ocean of Wisdom! I love you with all my heart. I remember when you held my hand here in South Africa! Being with you is like sitting in the lap of the endless loving kindness of the living Buddha!
i feel its really hard to practice good things....but that doesnt mean we shud not try..for all who watched tis video...half way or full..i believe u r in the process of developing ur inner values...appreciation
This video touched me deeply. It is always a huge comfort in my life to hear this great man speak. He truly speaks from the heart and shares with all of us, all who are willing to listen, he offers gifts of love and understanding. I find myself struggling with my own demons lately and feel very much alone and lost at times.
Thank you so much Dalai Lama 🙏🙏 I love to listening you like a beautiful song😊your voice is very soft and warm and your smile like sunlight so beautiful😊we are great full to have you luv you
Absolutely amazing speech, in modern day we have lost control of our own selves and forgotten the greatness we are when we open our hearts and minds to the world. To much outside forces today instead of just being ourselves with compassion and love upon the world around us, to make the lives of all better then just ourselves is the way to a great world. I hope someday we can find ourselves as human beings again and to be open to all those.
I read about most of this in His Holiness' The Art of Happiness. I think in the Book of Joy he mentioned about this Irish shooting incident. And now I see the gentlemen involved in this act of love and forgiveness that healed. So blessed. And loved that song by the angelic children. This is one of the best of His Holiness' teaching videos on YT.
Drummerguy you are not alone even though it may feel that way at times. I feel the same way you do, as do millions of others of sentient beings who live on this earth. We are all united in our suffering. What gives me comfort is knowing this. At least we are in the lucky postion of being able to listen to these comforting words. Bless you my friend xxxxx
His Holiness says Richard Moore is his hero whose life and work is the epitome of forgiveness. His Holiness also asked us in Limerick that day to remember we are all the same, simply equal. He further advised us not to get too close to our beliefs if we are to retain objectivity. Fantastic guidelines for living.
He's so wise☺. Thanks for uploading and sharing this with people all around the world. People who search for some guidance will find this really helpful 😁(just like me). I'm grateful that internet exists, else I did be soooo narrow minded trust me😂.
Forgiveness is an area where many of us can use a lot of work-it is critically important, yet many of us are not very good at forgiveness and are unfortunately not in the habit of forgiving. Yet, forgiving is one of the most important tools in terms of creating a fulfilled life. The realm of forgiveness is a sanctuary for knowing love. First, we need to forgive ourselves for all the times we couldn’t overcome challenges.
really fruitful for humankind....8 fold noble path .. for more part of compassion maybe for interest.. see ..what the buddhist belief ..e book by rev dr ks dhamananda. congratulation and blessing.. saddhu
Truly insightful and inspiring to apply 'Forgiveness' in our life! Opening our hearts and minds to the presence of love, beauty and compassion in our life, the people and the world around is a sure step towards true forgiveness:)
In this pure realm, surrounded by snow moutains, Is the source of complete happiness and benefit, Avalokiteshvara, Tendzin Gyamtso. May you stand firm until the end of existence.
"Humans are erratic, conflicted; disorganized. Every decision is debated, every action questioned. Every individual entitled to their own small opinion. We lack harmony; cohesion; greatness. It will be our undoing."
Wow, thatz called HH Dalai Lama's power of love and affection! Sounds great because Geert Bus sounds Theist, whereas HH Dalai Lama is Atheist (but still religious) . . . . Whats important here is a Theist person is also a well-wisher of an Atheist person ! . . . . We need this kind of world . . . . . Regards
Basic human values is what this world is missing, help those on the path with your light. This is what brings us toghther and back to the human village raising the child. Generations will pass before this is understood but we still need to show that light in dark times. Thank you for showing me the path.
Hey, that's my Buddhist course teacher in the background, Geshe Tashi Tsering, from the Jamyang Buddhist Centre. He teaches a two year foundation course into Buddhism and I highly recommend it. It's a small world!
May I know the title and lyrics of the song that the children is singing I like it very much . His Holiness The Dalai Lama has brought Peace in the hearts of every people.
Forgiveness continues to be misunderstood, but the Dali Lama helps us come closer to understanding. Forgiveness is not about saying the wrongs we may have suffered are unimportant; it is not about taking care of the wrong doer's feelings; it is about releasing the anger and resentment and desires for vengeance that diminish the quality and possibility of the person who has already suffered injury. It is part of healing and reclaiming fullness of life rather than being defined by injury.
Long life his holiness dalaï lama .. whenever I listen my god dalaï lama i feel very happy and calm mind just by his good speech and a talk about compassion & love …
( oh god every person should be happy and with full of joy without any disease.)Sarve bhavantu sukhinah sarvesantu niramaya sarvebhadharani pashayntu makashid dukhbhag bhavet.
Inspiring speech. I feel sorry for those vetting his past. Shall we vet yours and be better for it? Probably not. Let they who have not sinned/wronged others cast the first stone.
Thanks for your kind words. It's funny how we can think we are so different And seperate from one on other when in fact we are so very much connected to each other.
We create the world we see and live in. For many, they have grown out of the need for selfish gratifications this very materialistic world offers and like a father seeing a child grow into a mature adult, many long for a world where we nurture each other as brothers and sisters. The Dalai Lama has been and is an extremely busy and productive human being promoting human rights and liberation of his native Tibet. I see a holy man unafraid to show love, compassion and yes, forgiveness.
